Look at the website of Princess cruises for work @ Denali National Park (they have other properties here also, all of them good). They are good employers and they sponsor the needed visas. Aramark also has Denali properties and they too sponsor visas, but Princess is a better employer.
If you want winter work in the U.S. I would recommend Colorado or Utah ski resorts or Florida for the winter. Any BIG resort is capable of sponsoring visas...

How about a ski resort for the winter. I know that Kirkwood Mountain Resort near Lake Tahoe in California, USA (http://www.kirkwood.com/) hires a lot of South Americans, Aussies & Kiwi's each winter. It happens to be the resort I ski at every winter. Great snow. Good luck in you search.
