Anyone know the best time to view the elk rut? Is it early September, or more like late September? Thanks!
To Kill a Mockingbird is one of my favorites, too, as is the Lord of the Rings trilogy. The Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky was also wonderful - took a while getting use to all the Russian names, however!

- I worked in Yellowstone for 4 summers and 1 winter, 1991-1995, at the Old Faithful Lodge, Snow Lodge, Grant and Mammoth. I've also had a number of magazine articles and short stories published, and recently have had a collection of sci-fi/horror stories, Bedtime Stories for the Apocalypse, published by Sam's Dot Publishing.
