Heading to AK from California this week

Posted on April 8, 2012 at 10:55am 0 Comments

Hey I'm heading to Alaska starting from Santa Barbara next week if anyone needs a ride.  Unfortunately, I've got a small sports car so not a whole lot of luggage room, but let me know if you need a ride and am traveling light.

Im trying to figure out a way to get to Washington via vehicle, so I can buy a car there, trip down to Oregon and northern CA. Stay in CA for a couple of months then off to Ecuador. :) ....I hope hahaha.

Yes I will be working in Fairbanks! Do you already have a place to stay? You will be working there? Doing what, if so?

Hey! Yeah I'm for sure working this summer mostly to save up $$ & obviously, for the experience & to see Alaska! I would love the opportunity to make more money than I expected- who wouldn't? ha What did you do when you worked for Bill? And where?
That would be so sweet if I could do that..
Thanks! :)

Okay- I'll let you know when I'm in Alaksa :)
& I totally would come roadtrip with you but I'm actually going with my dad on one (weird that we're both doing that), right before I leave! We're going jeeping in the mountains in Utah & then going to Vegas! But yours sounds amazing too.. ugh!

Haha, yeah I guess I will be! & since its my first time working away for the summer I'm going to be doing laundry :( But I figured that its worth it because Alaska looks beautiful! Plus, my cousin did the same thing in 2008 & she loved it. How was it working there last year?? ha
