New to seasonal work

Very excited at being offered the position of Banquet Manager at the Basin Harbor Club in Vermont for the 2018 Summer season. This will be my first seasonal gig, and am finding I am both excited and scared at the same time, which I think is healthy. I will be giving up my home and putting everything in storage, so will have no "home base", which is the scary part. My plan is to work seasonal jobs for one to two years and will travel or visit family between gigs. I have never been able to…

I'm glad to hear everything is going well.  I'm in Arizona helping to get a small dude ranch to re-open this fall.  They closed during the height of the recession 7 years ago.
