I'll be in housekeeping. Not my first choice by any means but I'm really just excited to be spending my summer in Alaska. I've never been there but I know I'm gonna fall in love with it. I love the outdoors, camping, backpacking, etc, and what better place for that then Alaska?

I was looking for a like button like they have on facebook but apparently we aren't allowed to like anything on coolworks. Regardless, I "would really like to be in Alaska about now" as well. Only three more weeks and I couldn't be more excited. I saw you in the MPL group. What job are you doing this summer?

I'm Front Desk for the 3rd year. I'm glad to see another Kaitlyn's coming up. We've only had one other one in the 2 years I've been there which is odd considering how often i hear it down here. Do you have that problem in Washington?

You'll love the coffee bar. We have a guy returning named Chris who is a hoot and a half to work with. you'll never be bored :)

Hey Kaitlyn! Welcome to MPL! Where are you going to be working?

Haha well John and I won't be leaving for Alaska until June 16th. It's kind of a bummer but it'll be fine once we are trained and everything. I kind of doubt learning their rules for laundry will be that hard :)

Oh man, if you could find a job that requires you to travel and be outside- that would be perfect! I'm considering law school after this...but frankly the idea is intimidating hahah.

Oh man, my first job was a barista, and I have so many stories! Not good ones, more like, how my boss was a stripper and her baby almost ate comet. Hahah, but yes! Coffee is a must :)

WWU is lovely! I'm in Nash right now- not my first choice- but it works! What are you majoring in at PLU?

Yeah that will be nice! Hopefully I'll see you around :) I will be doing housekeeping, I'll enjoy listening to my pod all day and hiking the rest hopefully!

Hey! Wow I definitely didn't expect to see another person from Mape Town either! :) What year did you graduate? I'm '09 and now I'm going to Western up in Bellingham.

So what are you going to be doing at the lodge?
