Chef Luis has won 3 US titles for his culinary efforts including more than 30-1st place awards for his condiments. Opened since February 1997, and Chef Luis already has the critics raving plus in August 2005, Chef Luis was inducted into the Culinary Hall of Fame, an endless source of energy, his new cookbook titled "FOOD FOR THOUGHT" is now available from Chef Luis
