ah, good old Crater Lake.  I worked for Xanterra there 7 summers (2004-8,10&11) as a tourboat Captain.   I'm now a Seasonal Park Ranger @ North Cascades National Park.   How were the mosquitoes this year?  Did you get to go on a boat tour?  I've been around CL about 500 times and never really go tired of it.   I live in Northern Washington State now, so commuting to CL on my off days is no longer possibly.  jh

Hey Matt! There's hardly any snow on the ground right now. Based on the winter Montana's had this year I wouldn't expect a lot of it this year!

Hi Matthew. Sorry, I am actually/currently in Virginia now. When I was in the Tetons it was mainly for the summer seasons. Though I had an understanding how Jackson was for the winter. They do get some business once the snow starts, Around the town of Jackson I am sure you would be able to find some work, the biggest problem there was housing. It is exspensive but if you found a place with housing it would be better. There are many places in town that do have housing available. Unfortunately you would jus have to ask around and check things out on who has what to offer. I think Big Sky was another place that would be hiring. It really depends upon what you are seeking. If you are looking at Jackson, Wy. I am sure you will find something provided the housing situation is something you could find if they don't have company houseing. The season is pretty slow until they get some good snow in there. Then it slows down in the spring as well. If you are looking at something a little more specific, I will try to help out with what I may know. Good luck.
