Reggie, if you know for a fact that after you were told the position was filled, then they hired the next person which was white, you can file a complaint with the EEOC. You don't need a lawyer to file with them. They have a toll free number to call.

Try some of the resorts in Jackson, Wyoming. Try the 4 Seasons or Snow King. 4 Seasons may be hiring in a few weeks. Go to Rock Resorts.com, and they give a list of several resorts in Colorado

Xanterra bashers are common. I've met many along my travels. But most if not all, jump at the chance to return to work for them. There are a couple that blew their bridges, and they still want to go back if they can. Xanterra is south rim, Forever Resorts is north.
