About Me:
I have been and lived all over the U.S. I have live in 12 different states, three of them twice. I was born in Alaska, and left when I was 3. My enthusiasm, at this point, is greater than average to seek employeement in ALASKA! My trade is culinary arts. I do tend to look for non traditional forms of employment, it's like an extention on my education. I enjoy the visual experience of heaven like landscapes. Fishing has always ranked high on my list.

Where have you lived and worked?
I have hit on that a little bit above, as far as where I have lived. As far as work goes, I have put in 17 years in the culinary field. I did attend a school. I have done all kinds of cooking. I have done fast food, truck stops, hospitals, country clubs, and your run of the mill restuarants.
Dream Job:
Being a chef on a private yacht.

Haha... yup. That... or they just see me as a high maintenance little priss (which I'm not), I'm just a fan of treating my body like a temple and filling it with wholesome, good food, instead of... yeah... grease.
Those seem like cool places... i think it's good that you're willing to challenge yourself with the culinary demanding. :)

Hi Paul, thanks for the informed comment. That's a very good idea, I have already contacted the HR of Sol Duc hotsprings (Olymipic Natl Park) through e-mail about whether they offer a vegan friendly menu or not... perhaps I can ask to be put in direct contact with the employee dining chef and inquire about this.
Hope you find an excellent job in Alaska. :) Where were you thinking of applying...?
