I am foot-loose, fancy-free and am ready to leave the Corp. rat race behind while on my way to new adventures. I love the outdoors and want to experience more of this great country of ours sooner rather than later.
Something creative and meaningful with children.

Summer Camp Counselor would be a great job. I have never done it but just like you, I hated the "rate race". I have been travelling over a year now and happily enjoy life. This spring, I am heading to my greatest adventure yet; I will be working in AK.
Thanks for all the input guys, I'm finding my way around here a little better now. Thanks also for the warm welcomes. If you hear of anything with golf in either of the Carolinas that would be perfect.
When I was in the Tetons I knew people that drove to play golf at places, but I don't remember where exactly. I've also seen a 9-hole up in Healy Alaska, where many of the Denali employees are housed...but I don't know how much $$$.
Hi Peggy, welcome to myCoolWorks. Check out the Basin Harbor Club. I was there a couple of summers ago and am thinking about going back there in 2011. The golf course is free for employees (as long as you let the paying guests play through). I have a couple of pics and blogs on my page...
