I'm 28, I was born and raised in southeast Ak. I love Alaska! I have done a lot of seasonal work around the state, which gets me outside and doing things like fishing, hiking, camping...etc. I am hoping to get into the nursing program here at UAA in February.

I miss S.E. Alaska... I worked as a fisherman on Butt Ugly out of Juneau last year (Dave Hildre=owner). Some friends that live off of their sailboats have turned out to be the best I have had. In fact, the only reason that I am not there now is because I am in the Seattle area to learn sailing at a very comprehensive school here so that I can return their and sail S.E. Alaska on a boat that I will be hopefully buying here in a few months. Imagining being @ Rosies in Pelican during the boardwalk party.... :0)
How is Gustavus for servers/bartenders (decent $$$)? Working there sounds like a blast... glad to see you on Coolworks. Welcome :0)
