- I am a trainer & lecturer in hotel and restaurant management at the City Unity College located in Athens, Greece. I like to work in the summers, in Wyoming, as an upper level manager for seasonal resorts.

- I have lived in California and worked for Houston's Restaurant Chain as a restaurant manager and then moved on to working for Disney Land Resort. After that I have lived in Athens, Greece as a trainer for hospitality operations through a trainer school/university.
