Reggie, if you know for a fact that after you were told the position was filled, then they hired the next person which was white, you can file a complaint with the EEOC. You don't need a lawyer to file with them. They have a toll free number to call.

Outside the park meaning not Gardiner because they are expensive also. Bozeman and Livingstone are about an 1.5 hours away from the park and you can buy anything you need there.

hey reggie, alyeska is a sweet place. i stayed in girdwood for awhile, but never worked there. the mountain has very low ligt in the winter, and it can be tricky to ski or board in that kind of lighting. either way good luck, it is a beautiful place.
