I don't know all the details so not going into that part. If you put the company on an application, by law they can not give out any information besides the dates you worked there. If they do and you can prove it, they can be sued.
I can think of several things that would make me consider staying here year round.
1. reasonable room and board
2. a pay as you go plan instead of charging you for food you don't eat(this is possible, they do it at the Grand Canyon)
3. a way for ...
As long as you're not speeding, they don't. I'm sure you can also find someone who would be willing to drive the car as people are always looking for a ride, especially to Bozeman, Cody or Jackson.

They are very basic dorm rooms with mostly 2 people in them. Just a warning, bring shower shoes as they are communal bathrooms in Colter. Also, be prepared to sit in the laundry room as people do like to steal people's laundry if it is left...
You are driving across the country on a restricted license? That could be a problem if they look at your record. I don't know all the details as I don't have a car.
