Hi Stephanie!
Saw your pics and was impressed that you were a rainbow sister.
I just got back from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon after a year.
I'm going to work at Mesa Verde National Park this year.
If you're interested, you should check it out.
Talk to you later little sister-
E.

Apply diligently... it is a pain, but it gets results.
I personally like a good income, so I wait tables or tend bar which are the best ways to make good $$$. Sometimes there is a bit of a competition for those jobs... be persistent.
Denali would be an excellent place to start because it is truly seasonal (my pic is two hours up from behind the restaurant I worked at. There were Dall sheep all over and insane views).
Adventurous, cool people from all over the world end up there. Cooper Landing, Girdwood (one of my personal favorites, lots of live music, Alyeska ski resort, wild blueberries!), Homer, Talkeetna (another awsome little town), these are all busy in the summer and very beautiful.
Coolworks, Chambers of Commerce websites, and online tour guides provide hundreds of potential employers (resorts, etc...). Alyeska ski resort (Girdwood) is busy in summer and winter, I believe it now provides housing, and are cool people to work for. See their webpage... If you like Renaissance Festivals you will like Girdwood :0).
There are places to shop, so no need to overload yourself with baggage...
living loving life attitude with a nice smile = just about any job you want. Best characteristic you can have going into seasonal... :0)
Bring camera...
I have to go babysit now, so I will try to add more later... cheers... Akscootr

If ya have any questions about Alaska then, let me know. :0) It is my home (although I am in the lower 48 now) because I fell in love with it. You would probably love the many music festivals that happen all over the place. Good luck with the applications....
