Is it a good tough or not so good? hmmm, what's a better way to put it... Is it a tough, but do-able, and it feels kind of good when the day is done? Or, like one time, I worked for a chef that got his job the old-fashion way...his father was a major investor in the company and a golf buddy with the general manager...but it was tough because he was clueless in the kitchen.
