Thanks for your input. I can definitely see how this type of work can be a mental game. Just knowing that should your situation stink where you are, you just have to make it to the end of the season and all the game pieces (bosses & co-workers) and the game board (your location) will all change, would be such a balm to your mind as you go to sleep at nite. I'm known from my current co-workers to be the one with the flexible attitude and the peace-maker who trys to see all sides of a story, so I'm hoping that mindset will follow me into the seasonal world and I will be able to flow from one job to the other absorbing all the good & wonderful and discarding the negative. Thanks again for your advice!
