Hey, thanks for the feedback. The specifics of what you can see and do from your iPhone is controlled by Ning.com so we don't have any way of tweaking or adding new features. These Ning folks are pretty on top of things so I hope that they will c...

Great vid! It was cool to see the still pics I took come to life! I think I only took one video shot but clearly I need to remember to do that from time to time!

Great post! I could picture the whole thing vividly. I love that route you took between Cody and YNP. (Isn't that Dead Indian Pass? How un-PC!) We're getting ready to head into the park this weekend for our big Cool Works get together. Looking fo...

My CW 24/7-11

Thought I should explain/describe my cw24/7-11 pics a bit.

I have the privilege of doing my job from home, and with two boys home for the summer, there's a lot more going on around here.

Today the boys had a couple friends over so they played football and hide and seek and played in the treehouse.

I spent a little time sitting on the deck with the ol' notepad working on some some new ideas for CoolWorks so I figured I'd take a pic of my 'outside desk'. Rio and Nimbus are always around of cour… Continue

The Treehouse

(I don't really have a blog anywhere else so I figured I might as well post this here...)

I finally posted some pics of the treehouse we're building in our yard. So far we've got the main deck finished and we're going to get started on the Rails and roof (and probably a ladder too).

Treehouse Photos

Some of the pics were created by stitching together 4 or so separate images. That's why they're shaped funny.

Profile Information

Hometown:
Helena, MT
About Me:
I spend my days working from home, doing cool computer stuff for CoolWorks. I use Ruby on Rails to build awesome web stuff.

The rest of the time I hang out with my wife and two boys and two dogs and two cats and recently a hamster.

Mountain biking, hiking, exploring, GPSs, Google Earth, awesome music, and digital photography are some of my favorite things.
Last Seasonal Job:
I've never done a seasonal gig but working for CoolWorks lets me feel like I'm part of that crowd.
Favorite Seasonal Job:
CoolWorks! It's fun to get out and meet some of the people whose lives have changed because of seasonal jobs and CoolWorks.com.
Where have you lived and worked?
Grew up as an outdoorsy kind of kid in Colorado and have only lived and worked in Montana. I'm an IT dude, so I get to work at home. But I still get to LIVE in Montana and visit all these other great places!
Dream Job:
IT Dude for CoolWorks

Hey Eric -

Never done a seasonal job?! Your pic makes you look like the poster child for the modern migrant. You must be the most outdoorsy computer nerd published! [this is a compliment].

So what's up?

If you make it before the end of July, you can see my photos on display at the UW Medical Center. We're taking the show down on August 1. However, we'll be around that whole time so whenever is cool.

Absolutely. It would be my pleasure to show you the branch. Plus, we can find a cool spot to get some grub like you did for us in Helena.

When are you heading this way?
