HaHa. Loved the comment. As for "got beef," I'm always torn between having more possessions (land) and trying to be self-sufficient and having less and being free to go. Having less "stuff" means I'm more likely to get to Hawaii one of these days.

Aloha, i'm back in Argentina now, I loved Hawaii, specially the beaches and the easy going spirit, one of the many things i'm missing. I've read that you have a bamboo forest, i have a bamboo design and construction experience, it's amazing the things you could do with this material, some species are even stronger than steel.

The train ride was awesome! A friend of mine is a rafting guide in Durango so he set everything up for us. I love being in the mountains. So how did you end up in Hawaii?

I spent a lot of my youth in Hawaii, including Hawaiian Beaches not far away from Pahoa. I also started my freshman year in Pahoa high... the background in photo #3 sure brings back some memories. I hope you are growing some guava; I sure miss picking it and eating as well as papaya.
Anyway, welcome to Coolworks. :0)
