I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Portland in october of 2010, i was employed with guest services working at the national park inn as a prep cook for the 2011 summer season. the people here at the NPI are great to work with i felt right at home. other than the culinary school and GSI/mt.rainier ive never set foot in the restaurant scene its a whole new world for me.
