Any Princess property would be good, although I am partial to the Kenai Lodge (in Cooper Landing which is beyond beautiful). You would be relatively close to Anchorage with a car or a ride to there and even closer to Girdwood (blueberries galore and Alyeska Ski resort), one of my favorite towns. Kenai has world famous salmon fishing and trout to boot. There are berries everywhere (and grizzlies!). Awesome hiking in the Chugach National Forest. Not too far away from homer for Halibut fishing.
McKinley Lodge is in Denali, which would also be an excellent start. There will be thousands of people from everywhere. Great hiking (try Sugarloaf for the Dall sheep). Blueberries also. Those 2 would be my top recomendations... :)
