Summer time is here and its time for some killer fresh fruit desserts to be made and devoured!
I've been playing with Peach and Strawberry Desserts this month also using a reduction of Peach liqueur to use as base for sauces and dressings.

My doctor gave me a full clearance and I can't wait to work again. You seasonal people know how it is, the lure of working in beautiful places with people of like minds.
I hope to be back in Yellowstone soon, just need the Paper. Like Ron, I ask everyone to cross your fingers for me, hoping to be back in the Park soon, the season is slipping away, seems like.

Has anyone ever worked or been to a HAUNTED PLACE?
Each year the Mesa Verde Institute offers special hikes to areas inside Mesa Verde National Park that are not generally available to the public. Last year I was able to visit a cliff dwelling called Square Tower House and it was a real highlight of my 2011 summer. This year I got another treat by going to a place called "Mug House". This gift shop chain is nothing short of a sweat shop. In less than a month of being employed here ( over 5 of us are return employees) that is the name used to describe work.
