Last summer I visited Yellowstone and found most of the wait service jobs to be held by foreign students working more than one job. This must affect many Coolworks folks employment opportunities. Is that true or false?

I hope everyone is having a pleasant holiday season. I know it is still November, but I have received a couple good leads for jobs in Alaska. I am 99% sure I will be working at Mt. McKinley as a front desk agent if I want the job. I am also considering other jobs with other companies in Alaska as well. One thing for sure, I will be spending the summer of 2012 in Alaska. Is anyone else going to be working in Alaska next summer? If so, what will you be doing?…

A few years ago, I was working in the kitchen of the cafeteria here at GCSR. I would come in early and help the breakfast cook prep everything he needed for the day and do his back-up. And I did that on my own time...which means I went into the cafeteria a few hours early every morning WITHOUT getting paid. It was sooo early that no manager was around to stop me from working off-the-clock.

I had even written a blog on another site about it...stating that it didn't matter what your job…

How many Businesses are open all year round on Mackinac Island? If I move there, I need to know for the future.
