Desperately Seeking Winter Work Somewhere Warm For The Hubs and I

My husband and I would LOVE to find some winter-spring, or longer, work somewhere warm. I have tried Ocean Reef but they are not hiring. So I am hoping some one has some ideas. We will be needing somewhere to live also so staff housing is a must. We do not want to live in the middle of no where with very few employees.
