Grand Teton Wacky Weather

When is it going to warm up?...This is a question that not only i but the small group of others ask themselves each and every day since the middle of may. And never so much so as right now am i waiting to hear the answer to this question. Currently the sky is pouring snow with mild accumitations. The high is going to hit a blistering 40 with a low of 32 or so. While people all around the lower 48 states are going through heat waves; denver 90, new york 95, phoenix 111, ect... i cant help but to see the beauty in this november-type weather. Even though i long to bask in the rays of the sun on my days off, sipping on a cool Snake River Lager, and stare up at Mt. St.John in wonder and awe, these things are going to have to wait. Instead i woke up today, put on four layers of clothes, scurried from cabin to the EDR, ate and glanced at the the rocky snow covered mountains just long enough to get my glasses covered in white flakes and my hoodie to soak up enough water that im sitting here typing this and slightly shivering; wondering when its going to warm up.
