We Want You To Find New Employers for CoolWorks®

The five of us at CoolWorks.com are always looking for ways to grow our client list and provide more opportunities to you, not to mention put a little more cash in our coffers so we can support things like My CoolWorks and continue to provide a strong resource to you. As we were scratching our heads we thought it was time to ask you for some help. Now to be fair and to recognize you for your constant support, we know that you do this anyway, and we really appreciate it. The number of times we get emails and messages about how CoolWorks.com has changed someone's life, and employers who learned about us because their employees told them, well, that just makes our day. So our plan, is to bring some structure to your praise, hopefully gain some new clients / employers for you to choose from, and best of all, one of you, by virtue of your successful efforts, will WIN a round-trip airline ticket anywhere in the world*.

So, essentially what we're looking for is Cool Works Representatives (hereafter called CW Reps) to:

• Check out the peripheral seasonal businesses near your summer or winter job.
• Catch the vibe.
• Chat with the employees.
• If the business seems like a good place to work, grab a business card and send it to one of us at Cool Works. Most employers will have their business cards at the front desk, or the reception area/hostess stand. Emailing the information to us is sufficient.
• At the appropriate time (yet to be decided) we give them a call and check in.

What our CW Reps get - points and prizes



POINTS

The CW Rep is awarded 5 points for each employer that becomes a client, i.e., posts at least one ad.

The first CW Rep that gets to 100 points wins, i.e. helps us get 20 new employers, wins a round-trip airline ticket* anywhere in the world.

PRIZES

The grand prize is one round-trip airplane ticket* to anywhere in the world. WHAT A GREAT PRIZE, RIGHT? The ticket is 'restrictions apply', and simply that means that is it point to point, not a 'round the world ticket.' The winner just gives us their dates of travel and Cool Works will buy the ticket.


We will also provide smaller prizes along the way to our CW Reps at various point levels.


'NEW' EMPLOYERS & WHO GETS THE CREDIT


Our main goal is to find employers that have never used Cool Works. However, if as a CW Rep you provide us the information and it turns out that they have used Cool Works in the past, but it wasn't during their last big season (i.e. if it's summer of 2009 and they didn't use us in summer of 2008), they will count. The same is applicable for winter employers. If they did not use us in the 08-09 season and they go for it in 09-10, they will count. Regarding who gets the credit, this will always be the first CW Rep to contact us with the employer's information, gets the points.


WHO GETS TO BE A CW REP?


The Cool Works team will choose our CW Reps**, and we are looking for people who possess the following qualities.

• They are genuinely cool, and by this we mean that they believe that seasonal jobs change lives and they are open to new ideas.
• They found their current job or previous jobs using Cool Works.
• They are friendly, outgoing, and have a keen sense of customer service.
• They are kind to their fellow man. Candidates must always represent themselves appropriately on this network and follow the My CoolWorks Rules.
• They are going to be working in an area that Cool Works has not tapped thoroughly for new clients.

• Where you will be working this summer or winter.
• What you have gained by working seasonally.

Should you be chosen, we will provide you with the necessary contact information for us at Cool Works, coupons for employers and anything else you may need. We hope to have our CW Reps in place by May.
