You have also helped us begin communicating with each other which should help us feel a little more comfortable during our first days.

Hi Brenda,
I was just reviewing all of the forum/group postings for the NR. I realized that you have provided a lot of great information for those of us going to the NR.
THANK YOU! You are AWESOME! :0)

Brenda, I have a choice of working for DNC Yellowstone or Flagg Ranch for Summer '09. Based on your experience would one of these be clearly a better choice than the other? This will be my 1st experience as a seasonal worker. Flagg pays a small bonus ($4 per day) if you complete your contract, whereas DNC does not. Room & Board are less expensive with DNC. Flagg is offering a slightly longer season compared with DNC. Please give me your advice. Thanks.

Hi Brenda, It sounds like you've had quite the adventure over the last 10 years!! This will be my first season.. I will be working at Old Faithful Inn in Yellowstone. I am very excited just hope all goes as planned and I can hit the road. Last year sudden family illness kept me at home and changed all my plans at the last minute.

Hi Brenda, Kari Q. removed Audrey because she was asking the members to become her FRIEND. Then she used our emails to send spam.
How are you doing? Are you looking forward to the NR? Seems like the folks going to the NR should be a good group.

Hey thanks for the information...any little bit helps :) I really didn't have any preference, that one was just the one that sounded interesting and seemed like one that dealt with people and that was what I wanted. But don't worry, no party was broken. ;)

Hi Brenda, Saw your comment on the Housekeeping discussion. Thanks for the input. I was just looking at your Page and would like to pick your brain about your dream of buying a trailer and living in one while you work seasonally. 1st question: what has kept you from doing so to this point? I'm assuming that all this time you have lived in the employee housing? When I launch off, I want to be pulling my own trailer behind me, or at least a truck camper of my own, but I know as a solo woman, there will be downsides to doing so (maintenance, strength to hook up/take down or whatever), but I'm an independant type of person, with a can-do spirit, so I'm gonna go for it as much as I can. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the matter!
