I hike and I am in good shape but I can not lift heavy things. How do I find something that is right for me when I am not sure what I want to do except I have a list of places I want to go and see and figure the best way to do that is to work there. My background is project management in the financial services industry. Would you suggest I start volunteering at the local NPS to get some experience.

When you click upload image, there is a link for "Options." Click this and you can check the one that says "Create thumbnail." You can either leave at at 300 px or size it up to no more than 500 px and it will fit on the page nicely.
