No - no plans for any more seasonal jobs. Actually when I went to Alaska it was to visit my daughter who lives in Junueau. I have worked Yellowstone and Mount Rushmore - loved both of them. So much to do both places. I have relocated and live in Nevada now.

I have taken the ferry (its been 5 years). I went from Bellingham, WA to Juneau. It was great fun. On the way, I could not book a room and slept in one of the main rooms on my air mattress. Return trip, I got smarter - slept outside in the big area where they had a lot of chaise lounges for people to use. They turned on heaters at night. It was really a beautiful trip and a great experience. I stayed in Juneau for two months.

Hey Bill,
This is Nancy from reservations. Are you and Kathy coming back to Yellowstone for the summer of 2010? If not, what will you be doing?

Have you decided yet where you are heading to this summer? When and at which location did you work at in YNP?

hey bill, well this year would have been first year for seasonal but no reply's on about 20 app's sent. i don't know mabe should have sent reg. mail. last year i sent off 5 diff. app's and didn't think i would hear from anyone, so i took a reg. job and signed at lease on an apt. then i got call from all 5.. really sucked. so this year about end of dec and jan. i did all online app;s nothing ... and i so ready to go it hurts... i am just real tired of per say the 9 to 5er thing.. not quite old enough to retire, but the only way i can see and do the things i want are to work and travel so ... still waitin my turn
