@KSA - It appears that the Association of National Park Rangers (ANPR) does just that. Check out this link: http://www.rangercareers.com/parkrangerarticles/article_healthinsuranceforparkrangers.htm

Are there any "co-op" type insurance plans out there. In other words an insurance company that insures hospitality workers....no matter where they are or if they are working or not?

It'd be nice to have affordable health care insurance...but is it possible, in the seasonal industry? I had some insurance in Yellowstone...until they raised the amount of hours-worked you had to have in order to qualify for the insurance....

This issue has been bugging me for years.

Lack of health insurance was a major hangup for me. I did the cobra thing when I quit my regular job but it cost me around $400 a month which is relatively cheap compared to others.

Any such thing as health insurance that travels? Is/are there any National Health Plans? Affordable? Rvers seem to have a kalidescope of plans.
How to choose; solo or group?
