Welcome Susan. I hope your excited becuase I know this will be a great summer maybe even better than last year. There will be some crazy times but Shawn and I are there for you and everyone else. See you on the 28th. I noticed that we will be on the same shuttle to MPL. It will be a long drive so there is plenty of time to talk about whatever it is you wish to talk about.

Welcome to the team Susan. Be glad to help you out with whatever you need. We'll have you ruining geriatric dream vacations in no time. That's right, you'll be able to argue with the crankiest of travelers and shatter their vacation dreams in just one week! Just order my new book "Argueing with the Elderly" for just 19.95........

I kid, but it's not bad. I've been a lead the past two years and absolutly love this job. Tommy, our third member of the trifecta, was also here last year. So fret not young Missourian, we'll show you the ropes come the 28th. Once you learn the logistics and what resources you have available, it's just a matter of basic problem solving.

Looking forward to working with you at the Front desk
