How long of a drive do you have?... i see your from CO. Yeah, biking it to work would be ideal but i think that it is kinda lenghty. A bike is going to be one of the first things i buy once im there. I just drove from Moab UT to eastern washington the other day! almost 14hours on the road~ not fun, still trying to recover:) ttyl!

Hey Mark! Good for you for doing what you want to do, no matter what age. Guess the only thing it does is make you regret not doing it sooner. I dont have much right now (no house) but wouldn't mind selling everything and buying a travel trailer! I have a cat, and she needs me as much as i need her lol. Hope you enjoy your summer!!!

Hey Mark -

Thanks for the comments. We have been on the road back to Cooper Landing since the 25th and I am just getting back online.

Hope you have a good time at Jenny Lake this summer. I spent two summers in the area and just scratched the surface of the recreational smorgasboard the region has to offer. The hiking is unbelievable, the fishing excellent, watersports of all kinds (esp whitewater), climbing, birding, wildlife and wildflowers... wow. If we didn't love Alaska so much, we would be there year-round.

You said you were a F&B guy. What does that mean? I will be doing hiring for the kitchens at Grand Targhee, but I can hook you up with front of the house people to talk to. Email me at sockeyeboy@yahoo.com and we will discuss if you are interested.
