internet?
I'm new to Mt McKinley and was wondering about internet service. I'm still in college and kinda need to stay up to date with stuff there, are there computers we can use or is their Wifi? I have a laptop, but I'm not sure if its worth bringing if the internet service isn't good. Thanks

We do get wireless Internet in the cafeteria and up in the employee hangout room and if you get lucky you might get it in your room. So I would definitely bring your laptop

I believe there is internet up there, i am bringing my computer up also, so that i can stay up to date with my school also.

Yes, there is internet available, however, it is sometimes limited. You won't be able to stream movies or video games, but access to general internet shouldn't be a problem. There is a local service provider, ACS, from whom you can purchase a myfi card that enables you to have internet just about anywhere, too. You can check out there website: www.acsalaska.com for more information. We also have desktop computers for your use if you really didn't want to bring your laptop, but I would suggest bringing it if you have it.
