I worked onboard cruise ships for 3 years as a broadcast technician.  Looking back on my time there, I really loved it.  The people, the lifestyle and the parties.  Here are a couple links that could offer some assistance to anyone else looking to get onboard.  How to get a job onboard cruise shipswhat its really like working onboard ships, parties and all, and Top 10 ways to get fired from cruise ships.

I loved my time there and if I can answer any questions that aren't answered in the articles, please let me know.  I am happy to help.

Hi! I’m a massage therapist. I’m hunting high and low for cruise ship, massage jobs that do short term contracts (6 months) & direct hire during the winter months. I’d really love to find something west coast, U.S.! Does anyone here have any info along these lines??? Thanks!

If anyone hears anything about tour boat jobs plz let me know - the tour boats that used to run over here are not running for the 2009 season - I had to take a job cooking offshore on a lay barge I worked for a cruise lines (ship) as a server, and a floating hotel - (on inland waters) as a server, housekeeper, bartender - I worked for them 2 years. But I really am not liking the cooking although the pay is pretty good. I want to go somewhere again.
