Any advise for a first timer. I will b working at Crater Lake

Crater Lake was my first season on this wonderful journey in '08. I did Asst Lodging Mgr at the Annie Creek CG & Cabins. Best for my introduction into this way of life.
Have my own RV so don't know much about dorms other than DON'T take anything of value as you may not have it for long.
