I AM POSTING THIS BLOG TO LET PEOPLE KNOE,, CURRENTLY I WORK AT BIG SKY RESORT,,

WHEN I FIRST APPLIED FOR THE JOB THE MANAGER IN MY DEPARTMENT SOLD ME ON THE IDEAL IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK' SO I LEFT A JOB MAKING MORE MONEY BECAUSE I WAS TOLD IT WAS VERY EMPLOYEE ORIENTED''

I WAS VERY EXCITED WHEN I GOT TO BIG SKY MONTANA, VERY QUICKLY I GAINED THE CONFIDENCE OF MY DEPARTMENT MANAGER AND WAS DELIGATING ATHURITY TO OTHERS TO GET THE WORK OF THE DAY DONE, BUT I SUSTAINED AN INJURY ON… Continue

I concur with Chefness. I don't believe you should accept "being screwed over" but I do believe you would gain more empathy and understanding had you not witten in an angry and emotional manner. I have been in two similar situations. In one I reacted emotionally and in anger. I said things which added fuel to the fire and I lost any chance of negotiation. Having learned from the 1st situation I controlled my anger and emotions and achieved a reasonable outcome in the 2nd. Again we are not criticizing or condemning you for your apparent justifiable feelings but are suggesting you will gain more from a less confrontational approach.
