Living & Working in Great Places
Thanks for being here! The six of us at CoolWorks welcome you and wish you success in finding your Jobs in Great Places®!
I can imagine there are a host of people out there who wish they could take decent photos to put onto a laptop or send to FB or even on here. Many people don't know how to utilize the camera well enough to take decent pictures. We have a photographing editor here who tells me most people who own an SLR HD camera with multiple lenses don't know how to set their ISO range or what it means? Really? Many people, from what we have experienced here, really want to take decent pics and the phones just don't cut it even if it is the new Iphone 6 or Galaxy 6 so there are cameras that take great pictures that are (wifi) so you can send to your phone and edit them etc. One such camera I have been using is the Samsung WB350f and I posted a video on Youtube to highlight this fun camera. It has settings you find on an SLR not on a point and shoot and yes people you can set it in Caveman mode so it is simple.
The Samsung is wifi, has 16.4 mega pixels, CMOS sensor (pretty small but does the job), Video 1080Hd 30fps, 21x Optical zoom with image stabilization, 105 digital assist, flash, touch screen with the ability to touch focus. It offers Manual, Shutter Priority and Aperture settings as well as (Macro, Vivid, Waterfall, Panorama, Action Freeze, Starlight, Black and White and a host of other settings) for the money under $170 this is a deal and so user friendly if you own a Samsung phone. It can download up to 20 files from your phone via the wifi setting onto a tablet, phone or laptop.
I had a Fuji Fine Pix S4500, Canon SX160 and Nikon Coolpix 16M and this Samsung blows the doors off all these cameras.
To take great pictures of flowers a tripod is the way to go and they are cheap too on multiple sites. Taking moon shots has always been a challenge but again on a tripod with a 2 second timer and one of the settings is set just for moon pics.
