there are some really good people up there. Some of the management is rather interesting but all in all good place to work, awesome location. Edr food is not too bad either. You will either grow long ears and a puffy tail or start clucking (alot of salad and chicken ) vegas is great, haven't had a chance to do much, working almost 24/7. We are in henderson so the drive is a bugger going into work. Taling dorms at old faithful, try to get obsidian it's close to the lodge and edr.

is it thawed out up there yet? the hours are long here, the weather is hot and there are a thousand visitors in choppers all the time touring the strip. there is more employees per hotel/casino here then there is in the entirety of yellowstone.  I love it though the pace, amazing to me since i am a small town gal

I left yellowstone because of a jr management issue and took a job in a Vegas casino.  More money.  Grant should be awesome.  Did they get it plowed out down there yet?

Congrats on landing a job at Grant Village in Yellowstone this summer..... You are going to have a blast working, living and playing in Yellowstone this summer.... Grant is a great location with the best dorms and not as busy as the bigger locations like Old Faithful, Mammouth, Canyon and the Lake locations. Have a great summer!!! I will be in the Tetons, so maybe I will run into you to do some hiking?

Sincerely,

Leo

Sorry for the confusion, but seeing as you know him...SMALL WORLD! We moved to Orlando from Selinsgrove in 1996 and I was only 7 then, so I consider Florida "home". I'm graduating from college this summer and working my first seasonal job in Alaska. I'm so excited!

We will be at Glacier Park Lodge.(East)  We will be working in the warehouse & living in the RV  park somewhere.  If you get up there give us a holler and we'll get to meet a new friend.  Right now it is still snowing & snowing & snowing.  Don't know about hauling the RV in snow & ice.........
